Switch (noun) – definition 1: It sounds like I could be the device for making and breaking connections of the energy circuit flowing throughout my body.
We possess gates that connect to our soul that influence how we feel, react, express, etc.
The eye gate = what we see and witness
The ear gate = what we hear
The mouth gate = what we say
